Welcome to Force Mods! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Force Mods. Force Mods offers this website, including information, tools, products, and services (“the services”), to you as the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms described here.

Note: Force Mods is an independent retailer of aftermarket accessories and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla Inc.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and up to date.

You are also responsible for protecting the login details of any account you may create and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2 – Our Products

We sell aftermarket accessories for Tesla vehicles. We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from images on the website due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3 – Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to approve or reject any order at our discretion. A purchase is not binding until you receive an order confirmation from us.

All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are shown before payment.

4 – Shipping and Risk

We ship to addresses in Norway and internationally. Estimated delivery times are for guidance only. Risk of the goods passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

5 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 7-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act when shopping in our online store. To exercise this right, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense.

6 – Claims and Defects

If a product has a defect or issue, you are entitled to make a claim in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. Please contact us by email with a photo and a description of the problem.

7 – Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the logo, images, and text, belongs to Force Mods and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission. Tesla names and trademarks belong to Tesla Inc. and are used only to indicate compatibility.

8 – Limitation of Liability

Use of our products is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to vehicles, persons, or property resulting from the installation or use of our products.

9 – Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

10 – Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website, and continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
